Return Policy

We hope you LOVE your purchase, but understand you may need to return an item(s).
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

In order for returns to be accepted, original TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, and items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with no makeup/deodorant or stains of any kind.

We do not offer exchange.

A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your store credit for return shipping.

Store credit will be emailed via gift card once your return is received and processed. 
All items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns.
TO INITIATE A RETURN
  • Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  •      Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted.
  •      All original tags MUST be attached

  2. The cost of return shipping is $8 and will be deducted from your store credit.

  3. A gift card with your store credit will be emailed to you once the return is received, approved and processed.  All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Final sale items can not be returned
  • Pre-orders are final sale.
  • All original tags MUST be attached. 
  • Items MUST be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and original tags attached with no stains of any kind.
  • All shoes MUST include the original shoebox placed inside another package/box.
  • Bodysuits and swimwear MUST be returned with the original protective adhesive strip fully attached or it will not be eligible for return.
  • You will not received credit if items are defected or not in original condition or if the original tags are removed.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Raechel@shopvioletthreads.com within 72 hours of receiving the item.  If we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame or if the item is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

RECEIVING YOUR STORE CREDIT:

  • A gift card will be  emailed to you once your return is received and processed.  A total fee of $8 will be deducted to all returns for return shipping.
  • All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
