Return Instructions

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section.
Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the return process.
Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and processed, you will receive store credit via gift card (sent by email) A fee of $8 will be deducted for return shipping.
